This is a topic that I'm seeing more and more of on Reddit and Operation Sports forums. This is a fantastic game, areas need work though.But the major deal breaker for me and many others is the ability to play in a group of 4 online and see each other's shots (turn-based). This style of play captures the essence of real golf. This is the most classic way of enjoying the game. If I switch on the golf channel now, that's how people play on the PGA tour. In a group of 4, and turn-based. In a golf game, this is how friends come together and enjoy the game. Its how online golfers meet new players too, and golf games are great for casual chat and meeting new people. I really hope you plan to add this mode in EA, its a game changer for me and others. The classic EA games did this, 2k added it in after the community requested it too. Well done on the game and fingers crossed this gets added as soon as possible.

this is a real killer for me too, i bought this game to actually play with friends. i enjoy watching them shoot, poking fun of a botched shot, or complimenting a good one. simultaneous play, i miss those great shots. i might as well just tell them what i got for a final score. very surprised this option wasn't in at launch. Its hard to recommend this to my 2k golf buddies, because i know that is what we have been doing for 10 years.

Absolutely agree. This is a crazy decision. I can see why the think simultaneous would be good, because it speeds it up etc…. But you absolutely have to make that an option. Not just take online golf as everyone knows it and enjoys it, and rip it apart and say you’ll have simultaneous and like it!I like to enjoy my friends shots, his mishits. It builds tension etc. this is pointless. I may as well just play a round on my own and then tell him my score to try and beat. tnis has to be a priority ea. this is a massive massive oversight. something I’m sure pretty much everyone who goes on to play a round with friends will be disgusted to discover. please add turn order into the game!

@strych919you can’t even play local multiplayer using more than one creative player, or even add a 2nd game tag.Literally killed it for me, so pleased I only tried the 10 hour demo and not wasted my money

Couldn't agree more! I actually super enjoy the game itself, the mechanics and how it works is really enjoyable. But me and my friends who all love golf, want to be able to play the different game modes against each other, not just stroke play. Surely this is already built in as you can see it in local play? It makes absolutely no sense to have all the game modes available in "local" but no online? I really hope this comes to light and we get the online game modes!

@RickinWaSt I appreciate the Discord post, but that is not what this is about, or a real fix. It's about the ability to play with friends in turn-based play. 2-4 players, playing together and seeing each other's shots.I think they will prioritize updates based on the number of people requesting them. So hopefully this post will help highlight how many people want a turn-based mode 👍

I think this option is sorely missing as well. HOWEVER, I would be happy in the interm if they gave us the option to access the current cameras available post holing out at any point in the game with a zoom feature.
Afterall the group I play with are adult enough to initiate our own turn based play.
In fact I would rather be setting up my next shot while waiting for the player with honors to play. Ideally when that player addresses the ball, a prompt would come up allowing me to toggle to his player to watch his shot.
But yes... multiplayer needs a facelift in the worse way... but in my opinion there are lots of places that need work.

@Jamie--GB Yes yes and yes. That’s why I played 2k23 but the multiplayer was so glitchy. Thought I would give this one a go. Couldn’t be more disappointed

I used to play 2K23 every night... the issues we had were with the servers. But they magically got better with the imminent release of EA PGA.
I have only played a handful of rounds since and we have not had any issues. Now that I played this game and found that it is also wanting... I am only playing when friends call to get on-line.
This game had so much potential, promised so much... and landed so short of the mark. They promised a sim type experience and we ended up with something closer to Mario Golf.
