Still no full keyboard/mouse support and still screwy RNG!
RNG on Drivers seem to be worse than ever
Never have I ever seen the ball go so randomly left on a perfectly straight perfect tempo tee shots

@agentputt Shots don’t make sense on the game. If you hit a shot the same in identical conditions, you should get identical ball flights. However, that doesn’t happen on the game as two identical shots (and by that I mean identical swing plane, tempo and wind) and they could go in complete opposite directions because of RNG
I had a range session at my driving range last week and using the Stealth 2 plus driver I got (I took a half set with me) and I’d say about 80% of my drives had identical or near identical ball flights and landed either dead centre of the fairway or near dead centre. I won’t claim to be a great real world golfer, but I’ll swing more consistently on the game but get WAY more consistent results on a real course or range because of the RNG in game. This should tell everyone there’s real issues with the game.

UNBELIEVABLE.
- 2 years ago@drewgriffiths wow you should be off scratch. I've played with scratch golfers and never known them to consistently swing the club and land nearly every ball in the same area.
I played off 11 and at times what I thought was a perfet shot it got punished be small detail, ie.... the wind, landing fractionally on a downslope.
even Pro's on tour have slight miss-haps otherwise every player would finish at least 18 under par every game- drewgriffiths2 years agoSeasoned Veteran
@SpurS1964 I’ve been told the same by two PGA professionals, Joanne Lee and Jamie Hillier. Both said theres no reason why I can’t one day play off scratch 😆.
But not just being punished by the wind or landing on a slope that goes against you, you can also be punished for pulling out the wrong club even on a par 4 and leaving an approach shot you haven’t practised. You may have seen Dustin Johnson being asked what shot he has for, I think it was 50 yards, and he said he doesn’t leave 50 yards, he prefers more. I had a shot at my club on a par 5, 40 yards. I said to my mate I hated the shot and would have preferred 60-70 yards. I pulled a 7 iron and chipped in it for birdie and said “Maybe I should like that shot more” but easily I could have played that shot and left myself with a 2 putter whereas as I’d have more chance of 1 putting it if I played from 60-70 yards. I think on the front 9 of my club, I pull driver out twice and all but one hole is par 4 or 5.
