Patch Notes 4.0 Discussion

How can EA continue to neglect fixing prevalent bugs that are affecting all players such as missing challenge rewards and quests not updating after playing career mode?  These are main components to experiencing the game from an offline single player standpoint.  The existing framework should be fixed before adding new features.  Below is a description of the two major bugs that I have experienced on PS5 (others have experienced similar bugs with missing challenge rewards and quests not updating):

⚽ I am missing several rewards for completing sponsor challenges. I completed all 15 stars in the first adidas challenge and the first two under armour challenges but the 15 star rewards were never awarded.  I wouldn’t mind having to replay the challenges if it meant I could retrigger whatever mechanism awards rewards but that’s not possible since I have already received all 15 stars.  I am forever locked out of receiving these rewards without any help from EA.  I have posted about this and not one person from EA has acknowledged these bugs or offered to help. I have been the biggest advocate for your games and only own sports games but it’s disappointing to be treated this poorly as a customer.

🏈 I completed my first season in career mode and won the Tour Championship/FedEx cup. Despite this, the tour championship quests were never updated/awarded nor was the FedEx rankings quest despite finishing season 1 ranked #1. In addition, the commentary/announcers in my second season still refer to me as a rookie and experiencing winning tournaments for the first time despite it being my second season and winning tournaments in the previous season. It’s as if the game never recognized the completion of my first season. I have attached a screen shot showing that I received the PSN ultimate prize trophy for winning the tour championship, which proves I won it (also have the video clip winning it), but the game just never recognized it under quests.
