I agree with your second paragraph! Its so awesome to play along while watching the actual tournament on a second television / monitor.. talk about immersion 🙂  and the list of fixes is pretty big, I like the color change of the shot line if something obstructs your shot....so all in all its coming along and WAY faster than anything the Golf Club ever did to improve its releases, trust me I played that series since its first release and updates were long in between and painful , I opened up 2k21 just to see if I might still like it and closed it after half a round..just no going back after playing PGATour....thanks PGATour
