PC DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED purple screen error

This is likely an issue with Dolby Vision.

When the game is starting and connecting, see if you can hit cancel to get to offline mode and then continue playing/connect.

This did not solve the problem.  

Still getting multiple errors:

DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

Tried changing TV resolution to 30Hz, no fix.

Uninstalled and re-installed all driver, no fix.
