PGA Tour - Career Quests not completing properly

We need this quests issue fixing. Making it very hard to get coins if we cant collect them and tournament prizes been significantly lowered!!!!!!!!!

I can confirm that quests attached to course mastery are bugged badly.  4 times I have shot between -20 and -26 at Bay Hill with my created character, and none of them have registered as competing the goal "shoot -10 with your created character".  This is also true of other courses when you play not counting eagles, FIRs GIRs, and so on.

I am completely baffled with the decision of today's games to require an always online connection when nearly every game that's done this improperly functions or, even worse, loses progress or the created character all together.

What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive credit for accomplishing the mastery goal so I also don't receive the accompanying rewards

What do you expect to see? Acknowledgement of completing quests after hours of gameplay, and receiving the rewards expected

This has happened to me across multiple courses, almost always on the second and third steps of the course mastery.  This is almost certainly connected with glitching with the always online requirement of the game not syncing with what you are actually accomplishing.  Since this is the second easiest method of earning coins, next to doing the free daily tournaments, it is extremely frustrating.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Pick a random quest and complete with normal settings, such as "play a round at Bay Hill" 2. Turn on mulligans in the settings 3. You will find, specifically, that the following quests will not complete with mulligans set to ON: - Any quest relating to "shoot X score with your created golfer" - Any quest related to "Eagle the X hole" It appears the following COULD be affected but I cannot confirm it happens 100% of the time: - Make X Eagles - Make X long putts - Hit X FIR - Hit X GIR
What happens when the bug occurs? The quest will not compete no matter how many times you accomplish the requirements
What do you expect to see? There needs to be a warning added when you attempt to change the mulligan setting to ON will disable competition of certain quests OR quests need to be allowed to be completed even with mulligans turned on.

I can confirm 100% that if you turn mulligans ON it WILL disable certain quests.  At a minimum you will be unable to complete:

- Any and all course mastery quests associated with "Shoot X under with your created player" and "Eagle X hole"

The following quests CAN bug though not every round:

- Make X Eagles

- Make X Long Putts

- Hit X FIR

- Hit X GIR

The following quests appear to be unaffected:

- Complete a round at X

- Make X birdies

- Cover a total distance of X with Drive shots.

Recommend one of two solutions:

A) if it is intended to prevent certain quests in the game to be unobtainable with mulligans on, provide the player with a.pop up warning that if they enable mulligans it will disable certain quests

B) if it is NOT intended for mulligans to disable quests, then this bug needs to be addressed to see why enabling mulligans disable quests.

If you're having issues completing course mastery (or other) quests, this could be the culprit.

Happened the same to me yesterday. Finished PGA championship as a winner and no quest rewards popped. Please review the isse. Many thanks.

Similar issues here. I have won 3 tournaments in Career Mode and noticed the following issues:

1. If I have to restart a round because my connection times out, it only gives me XP for the holes played since the last restart even though I am playing a full 18 holes for the round - I only get XP for the holes completed since restart even though the score persists for the whole round

2. When I level up it shows 2 Green Points are added per level up but my balance has never been updated and is still at 0 despite progressing to level 16. I need these credited to my account please

3. Despite winning 3 tournaments and completing quests I have not received any gold point rewards - balance is still 0 - please credit these to my account and investigate why these points are not updating my balance correctly. Thank you.

When you level up you should get two skill points, which I'd say are more yellow than green but I now colours are a bit subjective. In game there are also 'Points' that you can buy with real money that definitely are green but you don't get these for leveling up.

Are you sure you haven't just used the skill points you've earned? A screenshot showing your golfer's Skills page and including the total of unused skill points in the top-right would prove this one way or the other.

Ok thanks Ultrasonic that helps - I found the skills points. But are you not supposed to get the gold points for winning tournaments as well? Thanks for your help!

Found the rewards - they had been unlocked but not opened. Still seeing the issue where I am only getting XP for holes completed since last time out rather than for the whole round if the connection gets reset. Thanks for the guidance
