PGA Tour - Not receiving rewards, Rewards missing, Rewards tab gone.
I was opening rewards and the game glitched out and now the entire Rewards section is gone entirely what do I do?

Challenge issue? Completed the Adidas Sponsor Challenge Prove yourself to the Adidas Team and a few Pros but haven't received the boxes. I also won the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am which should have given a box with a Legendary Balanced Hybrid Spec, but I didn't receive that box either. On the preview reward screens, both show as being 'claimed'
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Pebble Beach was about last week, but I didn't think much of it at the time. The Adidas sponsor challenge was completed on 29/05/23
Is anything else happening?
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Restarted the game a bunch of times, tried launching it via Steam or via EA app etc. but nothing changes.

I regret buying this game ! got it for 48 hours and it's too late for a refund. I should have done more research about it ! Verry disapoint because the rewards are broken, the progress just not the same. It's fun to play, mecanics and grapic are verry good, I was hype to start a journey on this game, Also ! Why the heck there's no driving range ?? With options to customize weather conditions, thats kinda lame for a 2023 golf game imo
Its so annoying… still having the problem. Will never buy any EA Game ever again. Freaking joke that company. Guys… don‘t buy that game
