PGA Tour - Not receiving rewards, Rewards missing, Rewards tab gone.

I started experiencing this on the PC version last night. I closed the game, went into the folder: "Documents / PGA TOUR" and deleted the contents, and was able to claim the rewards I had accumulated, when I next logged in. I'd guess it's a caching issue of some kind, given that. 

Word of warning, if you delete the full contents of that folder, you will need to change your graphics and sound settings back to your own preferences. It might be possible to do it without deleting the 'settings' subfolder, but I just went brute force on it... 

Sorting the settings is only a few seconds work though, so no big deal in the grand scheme. 

Hopefully this might help a few people who play the game on PC. 

Rewards tab gone, been grinding on career mode and not getting any rewards.. What a joke.

I've located the problem for ea pga tour. It's ea's server. I have received my rewards but I have noticed after several times of this happening that it can take up to or more than 24 hours to register. Right now ea server kicked me out right at the end of my tournament and won't reconnect. I have tested my internet it is working fine. I can't think of the reasons why it's an advantage to have this as a completely server based game,  is it something I'm just not considering? Anyone have any ideas on that? Even your character is stored on thier server, obviously one day they will shut it down, making this game useless. It's now been 10 mins and it's still stuck on trying to connect to the server, you know, just to play the damn game. This is unacceptable.

It just happened to me while doing, Cobra challenges. I've gotten everything as far as rewards that I have earned up till meow. I just finished the 2nd of the 3 sections for the best clubs virtual or real and now there's no tab to get my new set of Cobra freakin Radspeed i-rons. The 3 reward crates all say collected for the 2nd tier. The game not connecting to servers a couple days ago, now this, EA send me the $22 option of green coins thank you

It really is ridiculous. I had finally gotten my player some skills where I wasn’t slicing the ball all over the place, and now…brick wall. I don’t even want to do challenges anymore. It’s a shame. When the game works, it’s a beauty. 

Earned a reward box through the couch challenges only to find the reward tab is completely missing. Have opened many reward boxes in the past. Now the entire tab is gone. 

I show I have 5 rewards, but the rewards tab is missing.  It was there a few days ago.
