PGA Tour - Purchased Equipment about Showing Up

EA Sports PGA Tour - I purchased the lightning ball trail using earned points, but the item does not show up in my equipment. Tried resetting the system (Xbox Series X) and game, waiting a couple days, etc. but no luck. This is the first item I have tried purchasing, so this doesn’t inspire confidence in the store integrity.

    • Platform: Xbox
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): Funkbunny007
    • Are you getting an error message? No
    • Which item did you purchase? Golf Ball Lightning Trail (10,000 points, I think)
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired, 1Gb Fiber Connection
    • Is anything else happening? No other issues. Game plays fine.
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Prior to this post, I tried the steps listed on the help page (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-find-your-missing-in-game-content/?isIhi=true&p=ea-sports-pga-tour#purchased-items)
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip... Nothing to show here… The item was visible in the store on the Featured tab prior to purchase. After purchase, my credits went down by the item cost and the item was no longer visible in the store (replaced with a new offer?).

    UPDATE: After typing all this out, I did just check again and the effect has finally shown up in my inventory. This issue is resolved. Thanks again for responding!  🙂

  • This issue has been resolved. I turned the ps5 off and then on again then restarted the golf game and the ball trail effect was working.

  • EA Sports PGA Tour - I purchased the plasma ball trail using 10,000 points, the item does show up in my equipment and I checked marked it and selected it to be in my bag equipment. However when I go to play a round there is no plasma ball effect on my shots.

    • Platform (or client): XBOX SERIES X 
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag): DUKE 16
    • Are you getting an error message? No Error 
    • Which item did you purchase? Lightning Ball Trail and Legendary Wood Spec
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) Wired 1GBPS 
    • Is anything else happening? Only other issue is the game goes straight to a shot of just moving grass when going into a tie after a round
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: If I quit after going into extra holes, saving the game, it will allow me to come back. Purchases still do not show.
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    • Platform (or client):
    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Which item did you purchase?
    • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
    • Is anything else happening?
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:

  • I'm also having problems, I bought 2 legendary items at 18k each... it's so damn frustrating!
