Summarize your bug There is a bug, error code 23, that stops me from playing career mode. I go into career mode and try to continue my career but it's like i haven't played before enen though my golfer is level 41. I've tried the 2 "fixes" in the forums: the one in the accessibility guide of the game and security on my computer. I this occured after a game crash.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how you can duplicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't play career mode
What do you expect to see? A fix to a problem that has been posted for months or a refund on the game I payed $80 for that I can't progress in.

The save may have been corrupted from the crash, can we try the following if you have not?
- Repair/Verify your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
