PGA Tour Missing Pre-Order items - Where to find?
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share some information on how to find your Pre-Order and Deluxe items for EA Sports PGA Tour.
Once the game has been fully downloaded, launch PGA. At the top, you should see a "Rewards" tab that you can navigate to. From there you will need to open your rewards to unlock them in-game.

If you do not see your Pre-Order or Deluxe content, check the following information and try the following steps!!!
- Are you signed into the EA or Platform account that purchased PGA Tour? (Accounts using a game-sharing feature will not get pre-orders or deluxe edition content)
- Are the game and any add-ons fully downloaded?
- Have you tried closing the game, restarting your device, and signing back in?
- Has your purchase fully process on your platform account?

For pre-ordering PGA you will get (In-game items):
- The base game.
- The Players Championship Gear - featuring limited time challenges and tournaments.
- The Grand Slam Gear Bundle - celebrate The Majors with special gear items.
- The Scotty Cameron Putter - featuring the Special select headcover.
To Deluxe edition, also included:
- 1500 PGA Tour Points
- PGA Tour XP Bundle
- The Master's Gear
Confirm your purchase:
If you purchased PGA Tour via your console's store, confirm that your order shows as 'Complete" on your Platform accounts, versus "Processing" to ensure you successfully purchased the game.
If you purchased a copy through another retailer, confirm you entered any code provided and that they did not provide you a code on your receipt or in a follow-up email.

Error redeeming a digital Code:
If you are receiving an error when trying to redeem your pre-order or game code, please follow the steps in our Help Article: How to redeem your product and promo codes (Based on your platform)
Check if the content is downloaded:
If you are missing your in-game rewards please check you have downloaded the game fully.
Xbox

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Select My games & apps from the sidebar.

Choose Full library, then All owned games.

Select the game you would like to install the content for.

Choose Install all to download all available game files and add-ons.
PlayStation

Highlight the game tile you want to check.

Press the Options button on your controller.

Select Manage Game Content.

Any items that are marked as Not Installed are not currently present on your console.
PC
Spoiler- Launch the EA App
- Search for "EA Sports PGA Tour" at the top, and select the game
- Select the "Manage" option, then "Manage Add-ons"
- Confirm if you see your pre-order content listed
