I've got good news for everyone. There's a workaround for this and the multitude of other glaring omissions. It's called Tiger Woods PGA Tour 14. :-P

Pretty big oversight to not have a metric measurements option?
Also the lack of tutorial / driving range is really frustrating given how good the gameplay mechanics are.
@tommyfoxy2620 I agree 100%, it is a huge oversight and make the game impossible to play without aids and a calculator for us that is not familiar with the imperial units.
