Poor server connection

I've been playing online now for 7 weeks. At "least" 20 times a day the server connection will cut off, and a message appears saying its the user's connection. How is this possible that it's "every single" users connection that goes down at the "same" time? Clearly this is an EA issue?

Can anyone tell me if this has been like this for the duration of this games life?

Oh, another thing. EA (as if you'll respond) you guys owe me and every user thousands of coins and hundreds of tickets for the umpteen times the server connection has cut out during playing of an online tournament. 

It's a disgrace the way users will play/pay for rewards, but * management of the online part of the game has ruined it for everyone.

    PS5. I've used wired and wireless connection, still the same outcome.

    I play online (whenever the server allows) and communicate with the other players, and they say the exact same things happens to them?

    I have no connection issues with any other game. And looking at the forum here, the online part of the game has pissed everyone off.

    It makes sense this would happen on a wireless connection, but you should be a lot more stable when wired. Has it been a while since you power cycled your equipment? If so, try doing it now with these steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    Also I have done everything you guys have suggests. The problem is not on my end

    Since you've gone through all the troubleshooting, the best I can do is pass on the report for you. If I have any news on this, I'll let you know.

    I appreciate you took the time to respond, and I'm not having a go at you personally. 

    I'm just annoyed that EA is so flippant about the issues. Expensive console, expensive game, wifi bill, PlayStation subscription fee, then buying expensive in game tickets to get the full experience, only for there to be continuous server problems. Also losing umpteen amounts of coins and tokens that we played hard or payed for, and not to be reimbursed.

    @Aprilbeforemay I've lost 100's of thousands of coins and 100's of tickets due to -EA- doing something in my game. they (-EA-) don't seem to care
