Preorder not working
My preorder code worked on playstations end, but nothing is showing up in the rewards tab. It's nonexistent. Game is fully downloaded and I'm logged in. Just no preorder rewards.

I am having the same problem...have an open ticket with EA, but no one has responded.
They never will respond. They close any threads on here about it as well. I didn’t get any of my deluxe cosmetic bonuses or preorder bonuses. I opened my case at launch. No replies to date. Almost a month.
