Preorder not working
My preorder code worked on playstations end, but nothing is showing up in the rewards tab. It's nonexistent. Game is fully downloaded and I'm logged in. Just no preorder rewards.

Yes, it was purchased from Amazon, and PSN accepted the code, but nothing ever showed up in game.
Any updates on the preorder bonuses?
- @ExtremeGamerSB I think they are just blowing us off. I filed a claim/case (whatever) with them on April 10. They sent me a quick follow up email telling me that someone would be in touch with me shortly, then I heard nothing from them. On Tuesday of this week, they sent another email asking if the situation still needed to be addressed. When I logged in to review my case, they had classified it as resolved and closed it. I reopened the case, and asked them for a suitable replacement if the preorder bonus items aren't available. Like at this point, give me the stupid putter and some coins and call it good.
@GoHuskerz yep. Same here. I’m done with it. The customer service has been so bad. I’ve advised everyone to avoid preordering games from
EA. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth.
- @ExtremeGamerSB EA emailed me back with detailed instructions on how to contact them via live chat for help. I followed the directions and there's no link for a live chat, only the same email only option. I think I've sent them the same emailed summary 8 times now. This is just a waste of time.
