It's 20 tokens a hole in career mode, same for any tournaments. So one full round of golf in career mode will give you 360 tokens. Playing the random 4 holes tournaments will give you another 80, and you can play this one for free over and over again until you get a score you like, getting 80 tokens everytime and some coins as a reward. And if you play online head to head, you will get 20 tokens a hole there too. Quick play and challenges is where you're not getting tokens.
So if you're playing only 1 full round a day for a week in career mode, you will get at least 2520 tokens. More if you end up playing a course in the weekly quests.
