Problem with EA App
I couldn't start the game tonight. The following message came up: Background Services Have Crashed etc. There was a restart button which I clicked on but still didn't fix the issue. To be honest...

If you haven't already, can we try going through the following steps and let us know if this continues?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
