Can anyone help I have bought deluxe edition on ps5 but can’t access full game, will only let me play first round with Scottie

My uncle purchased the PS5 deluxe edition this evening. We waited until the entire game had downloaded and installed prior to launching the game for the first time. Didn't have to play a single round with Scottie Scheff as a result. Once launching the game and sitting through the intro we were taken to the full game menu. Highly recommend this approach for those reading this who haven't downloaded and installed the game yet.

Hi, having the same issue. Have signed up for Deluxe Edition & seem to be stuck where I go straight into 18 holes with Scheffler. Can't access the menus or anything in the game. Please help

When deluxe version opens up, automatically starts Masters with Scottie Scheffler on the first tee. Unable to create a player, enter career mode, and career journey. Any help will be appreciated.

Same here. Bought deluxe version on PS5 and only let's me play Augusta with Scheffler. Cannot exit to main menu, can only restart round.

@joedernz123 Did you link your EA account? I'm curious if you have to link your EA account to your Sony/Microsoft/Steam account before the other options show up. I can't get mine linked so I'm going to get a refund for this joke of a game.

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

Are you only able to enter a match with Scottie Scheffler?
What happens if you try to leave the round or quit the game and relaunch?

You can only play with sheffler and when you try to leave you can only press restart the round. And when you close the game and go back in to the game you start where you left of in the round with sheffler
