Can't you just use 3 click on a harder mode? Just choose pro, tour etc and the change swing to 3 click.

Sorry, should have been more clear. I'm asking for an additional harder setting, I'm already on the hardest.

I've tested briefly on the hardest 3-click settings and it's pretty difficult. It's like there is some lage between when you push the button and when the meter stops, so timing is difficult. Good on you that you are able to execute shots.
The issue is not the 3-click system in my opinion. The issue is with the gameplay itself. As you have noted the problem with both the putting and RNG, neither would change with another level of 3-click difficulty.
It must be very frustrating to be too good to play every golf games ever made in the hardest setting, finding them all too easy. ☹️
