@1a8ef635f3509f7f Disconnecting my Xbox from the power supply and reconnecting sorts this issue.

Does this happen on a wired or wireless controller? Can you try removing PGA from quick resume, then launching the game and checking if this continues?

This didn't solve it for me.... any other ideas besides uninstalling and reinstalling?
