@ExtremeGamerSB I think they are just blowing us off. I filed a claim/case (whatever) with them on April 10. They sent me a quick follow up email telling me that someone would be in touch with me shortly, then I heard nothing from them. On Tuesday of this week, they sent another email asking if the situation still needed to be addressed. When I logged in to review my case, they had classified it as resolved and closed it. I reopened the case, and asked them for a suitable replacement if the preorder bonus items aren't available. Like at this point, give me the stupid putter and some coins and call it good.
