need to be able to switch back into stance to change shot type, this once youve "chosen" your shot you cant go back needs to go away

You should be able to go back just like you can in all other modes? Maybe it's not displaying what the button to press is but it will be the same one as normal for you.
You'll probably be happier with the leaderboard scores on sim difficulty 🙂.
