slow swing speed PS5

I chose “FASTEST” when setting up my profile and I can’t find out how to change it anywhere! I have a strong stick whip but cannot get it faster than -3.5%

Found the fix:

Go to Golfer

Identity

Swing

Swing Style

Tempo was "Fastest".

Changed to Normal, was still -1.5 SLOW.

Changed to Slowest, now hitting PERFECT bombs 🙂

This helped me, so it may help you too. When you go to push it forward, flick it foward. Don’t push it forward and hold it. As soon as you push forward, let go as quick as you can. I went from -3% / -4% to perfect tempo. 

I decided to buy the game with many concerns about the gameplay, I have only been playing for a short time but the snail pace swing and the overall feel is way worse than 2k23 in my opinion, I hope I get used to it but so far this is below par, the visuals and commentary don’t make up for the gameplay unfortunately. 

I play on slowest swing speed and when I get to top of backswing I just FLICK the stick forward, do not jam it. I get perfect almost every time, even some fast. Hope this helps!

I wanted to check if this has continued after today's patch?

I'm not so sure whether it's the flicking of the stick or the type of controller you're using.

I have a PS5.  I had a lot of trouble trying to get close to a fast swing while using the PS5 controller.  I could get there with the flick, but sometimes it was too much, and I had difficulty moderating the swing and keeping it close to straight.  

Then I tried remote on my iPad using an Xbox Elite controller.  Things did seem a little better, but it was minimal.

The PS4 controller came next, and here's where everything changed dramatically.  Not only was I getting 50% more straight shots, but I no longer needed to flick or work at all to reach a perfect or fast tempo.  

I almost feel that using the PS5 controller is much more challenging, while with the PS4 controller I hardly have to think at all to get close to perfection.  

This is at least my experience.
