Spin not being applied

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOUR
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Spin not being applied to shot
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to apply forward or backwards spin on any shot
What happens when the bug occurs? No forward or backward spin
What do you expect to see? Spin applied to the ball

I have updated my game today and attempted to continue my career mode

Before updating, I could apply forward or backward spin to the ball

After the update, I hold the spin button and mash the A or Q key, but no spin is applied

If I apply side spin, it works

    I have been seeing this issue myself since the latest patch.  The left/Right works so I know it is turned on and working but the forward/back does not work at all.  I double checked the key mapping in settings and they did not change.

    Hi .

    I have the same issue on Keyboard , spin forward /back dont works but sideways work.

    This is a thing u have to fix at once.

    I was hoping that this would be fixed in the next update.  I just downloaded the 10.0 patch, but it still does not work correctly.  This is a critical part of the shot process.  How can you let it go for so long without fixing it?  

    What do we do at this point?  Try to get a refund on a game EA can't keep working properly?  Should we flood the help desk with this issue and call in everyday it does not work?  I have tried patience but that obviously did not work.

    A response from EA would not be so bad either...
