Thanks to letting us know what you are running into with PGA Tour, I wanted to confirm if Tournament leaderboard progress still appears to be missing for anyone?
If so, please let us know the following:
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

@EA_Illium I can confirm what @packattack04082 said. Today the leaderboards were wiped for two out of the four Daily tournaments and the Weekly Pro leaderboard has been reset as well. Obviously getting no prizes for those because the game shows it as an incomplete attempt.
Original scores are still missing from the Weekly Arcade leaderboard, which is what caused me to make the original post yesterday. With the Weekly Pro entries disappearing today, I am assuming the pattern will continue and we'll wake up tomorrow to find the Weekly Tour leaderboards have been wiped out. That'll be especially annoying since I'm sitting T1 and won't have time after the weekend for another attempt.
Honestly it's frustrating seeing things like this happen because tournaments are the only online game mode worth playing on PC. The number of players entering tournaments is dropping rapidly. Losing scores is only going to further drive people away, especially having paid tickets to enter.
Hopefully tournament scores are backed up and the leaderboards will be reconstructed. Although given that we never saw any follow-up or resolution for past tournament issues (like this EA PGA tweet suggested), I'm not expecting anything...
- @lolwhat1234 You aren't getting rewards? I actually got my 1st place rewards for all 3 of my tournaments on PS5, even though it said 'failed to qualify'. That sucks if you didn't get anything. My results screen displayed no score or rank, but still said 'winner' and gave me the tickets that I normally get for a win.
I got nothing for the tournaments it said 'Missed Rank' on. Both days I entered all four tournaments and only got three prizes each day, missing the corresponding prize from the 'Missed Rank' tournament. I did get the winner prize for yesterday's Daily 4 hole - even though the leaderboard for that one was blank.
Maybe (probably) I'm totally wrong... but it looks like they're still working on this game for a new patch and additions. It could explain bugs leaking here.

I was wrong. Weekly Tour and Weekly Sim are blank today.
Since @packattack04082 suggested the scores still exist, I entered the Weekly Tour tournament quickly and shot -17. Instead of showing -17 in the leaderboard, it shows my original -19 score. So, hopefully there will be an attempt to reconstruct the leaderboards.
@EA_Illium I have a screen recording of the last minute before the tournaments go through their daily refresh, where I scroll through all of the tournaments showing the leaderboard preview before and after the clock ticks over. I can find somewhere to upload this if it would be useful, though I'm not sure it shows anything that is not immediately obvious from the posts in this thread. The leaderboards are being cleared when the new 'day' begins.
At least we know asynchronous crossplay is possible since this appears to be clearing the same leaderboards on multiple platforms. Come on folks, make it happen.
- @lolwhat1234 In addition to the weekly scores that are missing, the seasonal Tour scores are all gone now too. What happens if the seasonal Sim scores all vanish and people already used up their 2 tries? There will be no way for that person to re-try again and make their original scores show up.
