So now I've lost my tour and sim weekly scores.
I have no idea what is going on but this is unacceptable.
What kind of company issues a product that is broken from top to bottom and from side to side and then, in efforts to make repairs, makes that product considerably worse and then doubles down ? People don't pay good money for broken things.
We are nearly at the first birthday, if there isn't a major league update that basically overhauls this whole game from the ground up and for the better, then it is clear that EA have no further plans for this game.
Frankly, EA should be putting a million coins and 10,000 tickets into peoples accounts by way of apology for this atrocious service.
@BlackCat09522 I don't disagree with anything you said. 1 year after release and things are this bad? We never got reimbursed for a big glitch last summer after it was promised too. EA was hoping everyone would forget, but I haven't.
It could well be it has nothing to do with the game itself, just another infamous server update causing glitches as happened to many games I've played before.
@Katybee_1313I hope that they give everyone who entered these tournaments a win automatically for all weekly events. I had to replay all 4 of them and now my -20 on tour is currently not in position to get 'winner'. It was 8th place out of 300 or so entries which was an easy win. Now it's 5th place out of 57, which is the 2nd tier. It's not fair to punish us because all of the scores for tour/sim were reset with literally 1 day left in the week. 95% of the people aren't going to realize this happened and won't re-play the event leading to a very low number of entries in all of the weeklies. Maybe all of the scores are actually saved and things will be calculated properly, but even if that is the case, I wasted already 60 tickets re-entering all of the weekly events plus the seasonal Tour.

Plus people will be put off entering others in future because the scoring can't be relied on. Match play results in head to head have been going missing for months now, and now the tournament results are broken. Getting the scoring right should be the easiest part of a sports game.
Sometimes stuff just breaks though, that's fine. I think people would be more forgiving if the silence wasn't so deafening. Communication hasn't been the strongest part of this "live service" so far. Hoping for more than just a bullet point at the end of next month's patch notes.
Oh I definitely agree it's unfair and you shouldn't be punished. I hope they'll figure out a way and find the problem to solve this issue.
I just found a post back in memory lane that is similar to what is going on. Back in April, there was a post that no tournaments were available right before a patch was made. I actually made a post on June 12 about no tournaments were available right before Update 4.0 was released. I am guessing the glitch is happening since a new patch is about to be released. The only difference now is that the game went Full Thanos instead of having no tournaments available. I would rather have no tournaments available than lose out because of scores being erased.
