Just spent an excruciating hour with EA Support live chat who instructed me to post here.
So, I’m obediently here to join the angry mob to say… this 💩 is infuriating!!
Some tournaments/rewards will record scores correctly and give correct rewards, others won’t. Don’t understand why. Only got screenshots of the most recent (daily) one but also got shafted on 2 of the 4 weeklies yesterday. To the value of 8 tickets to be precise, costing 750 PGA points (AUD $11.95 for 1050 PGA points). Thank goodness I didn’t enter all 4 and pay 38 tickets. Ridiculous.

It goes without saying I’m not spending any more tickets without word from EA. And since the only other way to make progression in this game is career and I’ve done most quests…. There is essentially no point to make any more progression in the game.
And how did some comments say they got rewards for winner despite not qualifying??? I’d like to know how to, um, “replicate” this “bug”… 👎🏻

@Mark_MiwurdzSome people probably use their green tickets (real money) to buy tournament tickets. It's not fair that EA is stealing real money from them by doing this. I just woke up today and checked and my Weekly Arcade & Weekly Pro scores that I shot yesterday are gone already. EA has known about this bug for many days already and are still letting it persist without stopping it? I've already wasted about 80 tickets re-playing events now which doesn't matter to me, but it does matter to a lot of other people who are low on tickets or didn't get the proper gold rewards last week from glitched tournament results.

It seems the pattern is continuing, since today we've lost the weekly pro leaderboard. So, tour and sim tomorrow and the cycle continues.
Planning ahead, I guess we should all enter weekly arcade, tour and sim on Monday, and anticipate the pro leaderboard getting lost when the tournaments refresh on Tuesday morning.

Obviously, it's a server side issue, probably a glitch from a server update. Entering weekly on Monday is the way to go until the problem is solved.

Fixes take time, that's fine. But why has there not been any form of communication just to let people know that they're aware of the problem, you might lose your coins/tickets, maybe don't enter tournaments at the moment, here's how we'll rectify it once it's solved, etc.
The only people talking about this are the players. It doesn't help the narrative that EA don't care about the game when they won't communicate about a fairly big problem.
- 12 months ago@lolwhat1234 Yeah I get it and agree. I just wish they'd say something constructive since I kinda don't know what to do at the moment. I'll probably avoid playing weeklies til monday until this issue is fixed. Unfortunately, I already played 3 this week that I'll likely have to re-play now since I don't trust the rewards being handed out properly unless I re-play them.
