Have any tournament leaderboards gone missing on other platforms? PC appears to have wiped out yesterday's Daily 9-hole and Weekly Arcade - all scores lost.I got my first ever Missed Rank because it lost what would have been a winning score. Excellent. Need to go reshoot -22 for the weekly arcade now...

Gotta say, this doesn't really boost the confidence that they're going to support this game much going forward, or offer any kind of communication about, well, anything. It's really too bad, because up to this point, they had actually been very good about sharing info and updates with well-constructed patch notes and everything.But if they can't fix a main game mode that hasn't been working properly for a week, a game mode that was working just fine up until this point...IDK, that seems kinda bad. And it's even worse they aren't saying anything or being proactive about letting people know there's an issue. Why hasn't there been a pop-up when you start the game up, like there is when a new patch/Pro Pass is released?BTW, I am also reading on other forums about odd commentary issues in online play - you make a par or birdie, and the commentators say you make a triple bogey? - seems the servers are really going through it at the moment.

This is one giant mess. And even if it's fixed with the next patch, it's still 19 days away.

@Midnght_Mrauder1@EA_Illium I just lost my weekly pro and arcade for the 2nd time. Please EA, can you fix this glitch. I don't know if I'll bother playing a 3rd time or not. There are still 3 days left too so I'm waiting til Monday to even consider trying again. I would be happier if they just simply shut down tournaments until this bug is fixed.

@lolwhat1234 @EA_Illium Any update on this? I am going to keep asking because it's a huge issue plaguing this game for several weeks now. Please let us know what is going on.

@-Roasted513- did you get the rewards? I got the same popup as you for Arcade + Pro but got the rewards anyway.I think at this point we're not going to hear anything other than a footnote in the next patch notes - if they even address it by that point.

@lolwhat1234 You aren't getting rewards? I actually got my 1st place rewards for all 3 of my tournaments on PS5, even though it said 'failed to qualify'. That sucks if you didn't get anything. My results screen displayed no score or rank, but still said 'winner' and gave me the tickets that I normally get for a win.

I got nothing for the tournaments it said 'Missed Rank' on. Both days I entered all four tournaments and only got three prizes each day, missing the corresponding prize from the 'Missed Rank' tournament. I did get the winner prize for yesterday's Daily 4 hole - even though the leaderboard for that one was blank.

Maybe (probably) I'm totally wrong... but it looks like they're still working on this game for a new patch and additions. It could explain bugs leaking here.

I was wrong. Weekly Tour and Weekly Sim are blank today.
Since @packattack04082 suggested the scores still exist, I entered the Weekly Tour tournament quickly and shot -17. Instead of showing -17 in the leaderboard, it shows my original -19 score. So, hopefully there will be an attempt to reconstruct the leaderboards.
@EA_Illium I have a screen recording of the last minute before the tournaments go through their daily refresh, where I scroll through all of the tournaments showing the leaderboard preview before and after the clock ticks over. I can find somewhere to upload this if it would be useful, though I'm not sure it shows anything that is not immediately obvious from the posts in this thread. The leaderboards are being cleared when the new 'day' begins.

Absolutely they owe us all compensation. Tickets that are used for tournament entry have a monetary value attached to them in the store. The original cost of tournament entry is owed back to us as well as any tickets spent while redoing the tournaments. Might as well throw in the prize rewards we are missing out on due to scores being erased.

At least we know asynchronous crossplay is possible since this appears to be clearing the same leaderboards on multiple platforms. Come on folks, make it happen.

For the last 3 days the weekly tournament scores have been disappearing. I’m on PS5 but I’ve seen it reported on the other platforms as well. If you replay the tournament it posts your ORIGINAL score. First it was the weekly arcade, yesterday the weekly pro. And today the weekly sim and seasonal tour scores are gone.

@lolwhat1234 In addition to the weekly scores that are missing, the seasonal Tour scores are all gone now too. What happens if the seasonal Sim scores all vanish and people already used up their 2 tries? There will be no way for that person to re-try again and make their original scores show up.

@EA_Illium Can you please give us a reply to this issue TODAY as time is of the essence. All weekly tournaments have been wiped clean and people need to know if they need to re-play these events in the next 18 hours or not. Our scores appear wiped, but they are clearly still in the system somewhere because even when I re-played weekly arcade and pro, my original scores showed up even though my 2nd attempts (rushed) were worse scores. Also, the number of entries on Sim just went from 100 to 0 and tour went from 300+ to 19 on PS5. I hope that the percentage tiers aren't going to be based on these incredibly low number of entries considering EA wiped these 2 categories (tour and sim) with only 24 hours left in the week. This is a huge mess and could cost people upwards of 90k gold coins and 60+ tickets. Can we get some kind of comment/response today before the weekly tournaments expire? Thanks.
