Thanks to letting us know what you are running into with PGA Tour, I wanted to confirm if Tournament leaderboard progress still appears to be missing for anyone?
If so, please let us know the following:
- Platform (or client):
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

@EA_Illium Can you please give us a reply to this issue TODAY as time is of the essence. All weekly tournaments have been wiped clean and people need to know if they need to re-play these events in the next 18 hours or not. Our scores appear wiped, but they are clearly still in the system somewhere because even when I re-played weekly arcade and pro, my original scores showed up even though my 2nd attempts (rushed) were worse scores. Also, the number of entries on Sim just went from 100 to 0 and tour went from 300+ to 19 on PS5. I hope that the percentage tiers aren't going to be based on these incredibly low number of entries considering EA wiped these 2 categories (tour and sim) with only 24 hours left in the week. This is a huge mess and could cost people upwards of 90k gold coins and 60+ tickets. Can we get some kind of comment/response today before the weekly tournaments expire? Thanks.

We have passed the information provided so far for the team to be aware of. Currently we do not have any updates besides that, If I do get an update I can post it in this thread.

- @EA_Illium Thanks for the reply. I hope that this gets sorted out properly before tomorrow. Lots of people have already had to re-enter the weeklies and pay for every single one of the events twice and now the same glitch is happening to the seasonal tournaments as well. The last time a glitch similar happened, EA PGA tour tweeted that we'd be compensated but never were. https://twitter.com/EASPORTSPGATOUR/status/1665490304332357632 I hope this time is different.
if you -EA- really cared about what's going on in this game, you would've done something to fix the tournament screw-up over the weekend (3/8/24-3/12/25)
this is what HOTFIXES are for.... fix stuff thats wrong on the fly, but you -EA- seem to have no idea what to do....
