I have tried everything I can. Restarted PS5, power cycle on PS5, restarted game over a dozen times. I connected to EA servers but every time I select competitive a window pops up that says “Something went wrong.” There is a code in top right corner CE-117773-6.
No, I started playing NBA 2K23 and all online was
fine. Only when in EA Sports PGA Tour. And only when trying to play competitive. Online Tournaments no problem.
Now it works again. I didn’t restore anything. Thanks for the advice anyhow AP.
Back again. For the record every other aspect of my PS5 works. I restored licenses. I played head to head in NBA2K for hours. I downloaded a game just to check that. I completed two online tournaments in PGA Tour. Yet, I cannot join a head to head in game. This is not a PS5 problem.

EA you out there? This started after tournament rewards started showing missed rank. This is the only aspect in any of my PS5 games, downloads, uploads, etc. that is affected. Did power cycle, rebuilt database and restored licenses. Everything works except your competitive play on this game. Madden no problem for example.
Did you get anywhere with this? Having the same issue...
Ok well, restoring licenses worked for me. I know you've already tried that so fingers crossed you get your sorted.

Thanks. I have had intermittent success. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I just try to be patient and play another game and come back with the hopes of playing. Best I can do as Sony also confirmed my PS5 was operating as expected.
I’m having the same issue, I can’t play online either. $80 for a game and there is no help available from EA sports except to go to their Twitter account? i’m searching through the Internet to see what I can find about the code CE-117773-6 but there are no definitive answers from EA.
