Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? 5/2/23, on going and repeatable.
Is anything else happening? The game works fine i just can't continue the career mode i had going or any career mode and then the game crashes shortly after.
Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 10 times, i have done a full wipe of my system, i have cleared my ea cache, i have done a clean reboot, i have verified my graphics card against standards, i have 111Hrs of play time into the game so i don't think it is my hardware.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...No

Summary of problem, Game crashed on and off throughout the career, the crashes didn't bother me until the last one which ended my pga road to the masters very suddenly. After the last crash yesterday, my career got erased and now when i click on my career it launches the career start up menu asking me how i want to start. When i try to select a path, any path, the game loads and then centers my cursor automatically and its like you never selected a path, so you back out and try to enter it again. This time, which ever career path you have selected "career settings" will pop up and at this point if you save the settings, the game will freeze and you have to force quite the application. This issue is exclusive to the career and i believe that the last crash corrupted the game file with in the EA server. I would be happy with enough credits to start a new character and not have lost my enter progress, if someone can just go back and reset my account to pre-5/2/23, or if someone could just re-initialize my career without dumping my skill points and xp. This was my favorite game and now all i can do is multiplayer which is not set up really well except for tournaments and without the career, i will run out of content very quickly and would ask that if this issue can't be fixed that i be prorated a refund.
