'We couldn't launch your game' PGA Tour trial on EA app.

Platform: PC (EA app)

PSN ID/Xbox GT: XBOX - shatterEFFEX#698

Region: North America

Are you playing from an EA play subscription? Yes, EAPlay sub
Which platform did you purchase the subscription on? PC
Which client are you launching PGA from? EA app on PC

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)? Today

Is anything else happening? No

Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Re-installing the game, repairing the installation of the game, repairing all installations of Visual C++, updated all graphics drivers, re-installed all graphics drivers, created rule exceptions in firewall for all EA services, ran system file checker on PC, cleared EA app cache, restarted computer multiple times throughout all of this, still receiving the same error message everytime. Screenshot of error message attached. 

If on PC, please share a DxDiag

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for the information so far, if you are still running into this issue would it be possible to get an EA App Error Report? (Please share the Report ID # in this thread)

    1. Click the menu icon (it looks like 3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the app, hover over Help, then click EA Error Reporter.
    2. Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
    3. Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.
      • If you’re running the Error Reporter as part of your EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Support Ticket Number (Optional) box.
      • You can find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
    4. Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when report is submitted.
    5. Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
    6. Write down your Report ID for safekeeping.

      same issue game wont launch, all drivers up to date, windows up to date, nvidea card, w10, report number 742eb4a1-7917-4711-80ef-3179376a57ac

        Change your avatar. Don’t know why but it worked for me.

        There was an update for the game last night that after installing I now seem to be able to run the game without issue.
