Where are my shoes?

I played this a while back and on my golfer, I had my "lucky" shoes. (blue strap saddle shoes)

Now I'm on a new account starting all over again and I can't find where these shoes were from.

I looked at the rewards for a bunch of stuff and can't seem to find them anywhere.

I didn't pay for premium or buy any cash shop points/money so they were in the base game somewhere.

I know you will say they don't matter because they are just for looks, but these are my lucky shoes and are adding at minimum 3 strokes to my game not being on my avatar's feet.

Any help figuring out how to get my luck back would be greatly appreciated by Sasha Fairway (my avatar) and me.
