18.1.1 update - ALL PROGRESS LOST
Could a support tech please contact me to arrange a restore of 6+ years of progress by using our Player ID ? We did an updated on 19th November and we lost everything and the first line support chat staff just direct us to the generic linking help wiki's etc.
Sorry to tell you the sad news. Based on the posts I have read here and sub reddit, evidents suggest there are a few help center advisors can assist players to restore their account and are currently working flat out so will have virtually no time to contact players posting their requests on this forum or any other forums.
