Wondering if everyone gets offered the same three 5K coin- 20 seed packets every night? Not that it makes a hill of beans difference except in asking my question which is: After you get Gravebuster to exploding level, what would be the point of upgrading it any further? I passed on spending coins on this plant's seeds just as I have passed on spending coins to upgrade 7 plants in my arsenal who already have enough seeds to level up. I got up to 4.5 million coins using pinata party and have spent about 800k of them on upgrades now that im in the 50k - 75k upgrade cost for plants. Are there some seeds you won't buy or some plants you'll hold off on upgrading just because you now think it's not worth the coins?

@HenryThePear Yes, an easy (lazy) option. Generally, I do not use God's finger as I still feel it is in a cheating way of paid to win encouraged by EA design. That also explains why I accumulate so many of them as well.

I stopped at L7 for certain plants, including gravebuster, hot potato, em peach, stunnion and perfume-shroom.You never know when a plant will come in useful, i remember a tournament a long time ago when the entire lawn was covered with tombstones so you had to use it, caught a lot of players out and EA were selling gravebuster seeds for gems at extortionate prices.

For me, Perfume Shroom is the plant that lags behind the most! I'm only at 255/400 and all other Jurassic Marsh plants are already level 5. I think that the game knows what seed packets you want and then just doesn't give it to you ☹️

5k coins for 3 different plants each day in the store is a staple thing, but I find that buying pinatas with 100 gems is more decent for me. So now i am just saving coins to upgrade plants. For someone like me, who have kind of OCD issue, I have to upgrade every plant. But if i didn't have this issue, i guess i will only upgrade plants that i use XD

Tangle Kelp
Wall Nut
Tall Nut

Altogether this would cost me 175K coins. The only suns I bring to ARENA are Moonflower Primal Sun and Sunshroom. For blockers I use Infinut and Primal Nut.
I may upgrade Tangle Kelp when I start grinding for Bowling Bulb again.

PS I decided to grind in Jurassic after I got my Blover and Tile Turnip levelled up. I want PRIMAL Sun, Mine, Pea Shooter and Wall Nut leveled up. Of course all I'm getting are PerfumeShroom seeds. 😉

@HenryThePear That might help me with Jurassic quest 10. Still can't get that. Think I'm just going to quit. I could spend $5 on CRABGRASS to get the 100 gems. Think I could purchase it at level 6. But after seeing how EA reacted in this last farce, don't think I'll enrich them further.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM Wasabi Whip is great on tombstones for 2 squares both directions. A lot of times Pinata Party will have tombstones and just Bonk Choy. They give you enough BC to keep advancing but it feels like you're going to stroke while you wait and wait.
