Account Lost?

Hi, I have been playing PvZ2 for over +/- 5 yrs, but last week my account disappeared, have had no luck in retreving my account, have asked & tried to force sync, but still nothing, it shows me tha...

    Open your game then press the spanner and go to download preferences.This will give your ID,take a screenshot.You will need this to retrieve your account.Then press help.This will take you to a form to fill in .Go under the header of missing content and don’t forget to include the screenshot of your ID.A case will be created and EA will get back to you via email.It may take a while. Good luck

Hi,
I signed up with EA's email, support contacted me at 8am this morning, they asked for the name on profile and player ID, they promised that if I connected my account with GG Play Game it would be sure. progress will be restored soon. I have attached the most recent payment receipt and am waiting for the results from them.

If you signed up to the email support scheme BEFORE your account disappeared then you should be able to do it yourself (make sure there isn't a blank space after the email address because autofil adds one).

If you signed up AFTER then they will download whatever they find matching the player id number you gave them.

    I signed up before my account disappeared but I don't know how to restore it myself. Can you give me specific instructions?

    @Vivian340tb 

    Go to the loading screen then tap the little white cloud in the bottom left corner.

    Tap on register email button.

    Enter the email address you used to register (no blank space after) then press confirm.

    They should send you a code then enter it and verify.
