I lost my main account in Plants Vs. Zombies 2
I lost my progress today when I logged in my main account in Plants Vs. Zombies 2. I don't know why this happened and I was shocked too at the same time. When I first opened it this morning, it started the tutorial again, & when I logged in my main account, it was lost all of it! I lost all the plants that I have unlocked, I got around 27 Million Coins, 6,600 gems, & 948 mints. How can I restore my original progress? This happens a lot , you need to contact EA to restore your account,press the wrench,then press help.
It will open a webpage and you can file a report under missing content and it will open a case .
EA will respond via email.In the meantime please remove you player ID for your own safety.
EA will need it restore your account.
