Account Profile Switch

I recently broke my phone so I decided to upgrade and purchase a new one since the old one had water damage. My phone was backed up on the 12. This situation happened yesterday the 14th. I also had my PVZ game saving to iCloud before this happened. So when I purchased the new phone I set my phone up back into the same apple account from the last backup on the 12th. I tried to log in to my PvZ game and it was telling me to sign in and register email account. I used my Apple ID to sign in since that’s what the Game Center was using. But when I logged in all my progress from game was no longer there and I was now logged into my best friends account since we have family sharing. When I go to the App Store all my achievements are still there on the PvZ app info. But I can’t retrieve my profile. I’ve removed my friend from the family sharing and tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it still has my friends account. I just made some in app purchases too for the game so I’m kind of bummed.
