Account recovery plants vs zombies 2

I would like to recover an old account saved on google play.

    Hi @421369N, 

    Our support team may be able to assist. Use these steps to reach them: 

    1. Select the "Help" option in-game
    2. Select "Contact us" on the page that loads
    3. Fill in case and account information (be sure to include your Player ID)

    Our EA Advisors will need your Player ID to help you. Try to have it ready so you can share it with the support team once in touch. 🙂

My problem is that I don't know account ID, but it is saved on google play account [edit: email address removed].

I remember, I had Pokra, Spear Mint, Pepper Mint, Fire Peashooter lv 3+. I also had 100 seeds for Winter Mint but not unlocked. I also remember almost unlocking Ice Bloom.

In almost all good-quality mobile games I play, recovering account is just log with Google Play and done. In pvz2 it is not like that

    Hi @421369N, 

    I'm not sure if the account can be recovered with the Player ID but your best bet would be to check with support, just in case.
