I suffered similar problem where the in game currencies some profiles on my account were reset to 0. I contacted the Help Center but after a lengthy wait and half day's of Chatting, it seems there had been data corruption from the server and the backup. Please contact the Help Center by following the link at the bottom of this page and I hope the data on your back up is still intact.
@eieio_31310 I don't have my lost account id, can I use my google play account to request recovery?
