Plant selection bug

Whenever I try to scroll down to see/select plants that are down the lists, it would briefly scroll down and instantly go back up like its glitching. It scrolls normally on my phone but on my tablet its not scrolling, and preferably id want to play on a bigger screen and not my phone.. pls help ;-;
