Ad Bug

I've been having issues with a buggy ad. It's for a local company called, "Shenandoah Fit". It never fully loads and plays properly. It looks like the way the ads are set up, the game really wants to play that ad before loading new and different ones. Restarting my phone doesn't help. Every time it comes up I have to uninstall and reinstall the game. But there's no telling when the bloody ad will get sent to me and jam things up again.

Super frustrating.

    @Adelaine_H I have met a lot of buggy ads...it generally just involves me force closing the game, going to google ads, reset advertising ID. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. But i never have to install/ reinstall the game. Have you tried resetting the advertising ID?

    I was not getting any gems/ gauntlets for watching ads, not even for winning penny's progress so i restarted my phone and now it's working properly again.
