Purchase products for extra gems ???

This may seem trivial BUT I have purchased products when special gem offers are posted.  I have NOT received my GEMS !!!   I have reported this to TAPJOY, sent all the information, screenshots, and asked for for resolution many times over the course of 10 days  It was like a vicious downward spiral and I NEVER got any resolution.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I would NOT have purchased anything just because it wasn’t for the GEMS offer.

    I hope you were able to resolve this.  Unfortunately I have had the same terrible experience with TapJoy multiple times where they refused to honor their promised rewards even when I completed the requirements to earn them.  Apparently they treat most people this way; there are so many complaints about them on social media and forums, I've given up thinking I'll get anything from them.

    The only useful suggestion I could find is to give them a negative rating on BBB or TrustPilot, because apparently they do monitor those complaints with humans rather than automated responses.  Good luck!

  • Same, I tried it. Looked rewarding and then got cheated out the gems after doing exactly what it said. Its a very broken system. The worst part is the tracking was working, it was seeing my milestones in pvz2 for the other game. But it didn’t “credit” the ad to me despite it being the first time I ever saw it. Think the whole process is just broken going in and out of apps. Was highly disappointed and I don’t take anything seriously that it advertises anymore via that system.
