Ad purchase iOS, latest update

Trying to purchase monthly no adds operating IOS… MESSAGE FOR 6 days says request in process but does not appear to activate. From last update, game chronically freezes and I need to “reboot” game to restart plus random ads appearing at a bad time in game,, been playing for years, this sucks.. I’m too old for this hassle, help

also, I’m using iOS latest update, I gave more than adequate memory on iPad gen 9, but game crashes, logs me off, screen freezes, lose gens, play stops, plants disappear.. been playing for 13 years wing grandkids, please fix or I’m gone…attached are a couple of bizarre occurrences
