Crashes when getting plant seed ad rewards from Almanac
Since the latest 12.3.1 game update, whenever I watch ads for seeds via the Find More button in the Almanac, I get frequent crashes when I click the skip button to get the reward. It basically happens after every ad or every other ad. Before the latest update, it used to happen rarely, i.e. maybe once or twice for those 15 ads per day. Also note that the problem doesn't occur when watching those 15 ads per day from the Store for whatever plant is available then. It only occurs from the Almanac.Frequent Crashes
Recently I've had a lot of crashes, especially while receiving rewards, whether it's in Arena or Penny's Pursuit. It doesn't happen ALL the time, but MOST of the time, especially with Penny's Pursuit, almost everytime it reaches the reward page, it will crash out and I'll have to restart the app. I think the reward was received, but not sure if all of them were received. Is it the iOS problem being too old, not able to support the game? I'm using iPad (5th generation). Latest iOS 16.7.11.SOFT LOCK in modes page.
my game soft locked after an animation break. After a Wild West stage, an animation that unlocks the Penny Pursuit mode started, but I ended up closing the game before finishing it. As soon as I opened the game again, the modes page became inoperative. I can't select the adventure mode or the Penny Pursuit. Only the arena mode works. I've already contacted EA support, uninstalled it, cleared the cache, and they asked for my ID to change the account, but nothing worked. I honestly didn't want to lose the account. Hi EA Help, I’m having an issue with Plants vs. Zombies 2 on iOS. After tapping “Play,” the game doesn’t respond. Im currently playing in Adventure mode, I can tap “Penny’s Pursuit” and hear a sound, but nothing happens. I’ve reinstalled, restarted, and still nothing. Can you help? I tried to contact through your direct message 2 days ago i have my ea device id and player id if neededMy resources in PVZ2 starts to multiply then crash itself?
Long story short, I was playing the game normally then log off for few hours and when I came back to play the game, my resources just multiplied (including coins, gems, mints, sprouts, fuels, and even points in arena) and when I close the app then return to the app, its just keeps multiplying. Few hours passed after I played the game then I take a break and when I reopen the game, the game is now crashing and won't let me play. I keep repeating like opening the app and still, it keeps crashing like it wasn't supposed too. I am playing in a really old phone (Version 8.1). I swear I did not cheat as cheating is unethical, maybe it's my phones fault? or maybe it's the servers fault? Please help me. This happened so suddenly and I am so lost right now as this game is my childhood as I started playing like 6 years ago and this account I've been playing for 4 years and now I can't even play it. What now?I can't open the game
I played the game a while ago on a different phone but since then I have gotten a new one ( a revvl 6x 5g) and decided to redownload it, however since downloading it won't open at all, like it'll get as far are going to the choose your age screen for a few seconds and then crash, and won't open or do anything. Is there a way fix this? The most recent post I've found is from a few years ago and I've tried everything from restarting my phone, redownloading, clearing storage and all that.
