Game is now crashing on iPAD 6
Whatever the developers did the last 24 hour, it has made the issue with the latest update worse. The game immediately crashes when you push play from the start screen. I can still enter the battle arena by selecting the battle arena from the start screen. IPAD 6 IOS 17.7.10. The game does not crash on my phone, but the daily free items are still an issue.
Tombastic Adventures - one big disaster
As a long-time player, I'm starting to get mad at the game. There's not a week without some problem that takes at least 3 days to solve! Tombastic Adventures is the most buggy of all. Quests don't work, but most importantly, they have to spend gems on energy packs. And this whole monkey business blocks the daily reset. Mainly because we are luring players to the highest possible reward... Another thing. Why do I have the feeling that long-time players are not interested in PvZ2? Why did the data on the level of opponent plants in the arena disappear? Why do I get mints as a reward that I have nothing to spend on? Or plant seeds that can't be upgraded?! Last time it was a reward for 1000 points in the arena - 150 seeds and 90 of them were useless because the plants had already reached their maximum. Can't you really set it up so that players receive a reward that corresponds to their level?! I would like to know if the game still has a future or is it basically over so I don't waste my time and money!Where's EA Help?
Latest update for Plants vs Zombies 2 is a complete disaster. First, ALL of my progress was lost. Years of purchases and progress, gone. I managed to restore it, I don't know how, but I got it back. Then, the game would shut down after rounds and I'd have to restart the game again. Now, the game won't load at all. I tap on the icon to load the game, it begins to load, then, almost loads, then shuts down right before completion. When I try to contact EA Help, I get a DARK screen that says, "This page has moved or no longer exists." How are technical issues supposed to be resolved if we can't get in contact with technical support?Crashing out in many activities
Since the last update, I’m getting constant crashes in Arena, piñata party, and the world - with rented plants. If I can play a game, it crashes after I win - and I get no prize. Arena won’t even open any more. Instant crash. Im on a 6th Gen Ipad with the latest iOS. Is my device too old to play PvZ2 now? Or could it be a software glitch? I’ve been playing the same game profile for years. Just trying to keep it up in my spare time. Not much point in opening the game to endless glitches.Crashing issues
Hello, after new update released couple days ago right? And the game crashes before victory screen appeared and it also crash when I clicked more info of plant selections. After couple days later, the PvZ2 game CRASH when I opened the game after the loading bar was full. I was scared that the data will be lost if I delete this app, I’m using iPad 6th generation and please fix that bug I appreciate it.
