Adjust Doom shroom 2th stage range&add a freezing effect on Ice shroom's death

@EA_Kent  Popcap needs to see this and listen to players' precious tips. Please Adjust upcoming 11.7 plant in pvz2 DoomShroom 2th stage range because its second form range 3x3 is the completely same...

and please tell Popcap to bring back Marigold's almanac to pvz2 because since 10.2 version her almanac has been mistakenly removed.OCD players feel bad for this removal and its almanac needs adding back.Have been waiting for a long time but no result so far.
