Coins, gauntlets and gems messed up, after update

After an update, my 12+ year old account was set back to Day 1. As suggested, I deleted the app off my iPhone and went back in. The account game back except that  all of my resources are out of whack. The worst is that the coin are almost 2 billion negative balance. That’s just too much to play my way out of. 

After many transfers and discussions in the EA support chat, I was told there’s no live support for PvZ2. I’ve been given case numbers but nothing changes. 

How do I get in touch with someone in Support who can help? Thanks!
