Adjust Doom shroom 2th stage range&add a freezing effect on Ice shroom's death

@EA_Kent  Popcap needs to see this and listen to players' precious tips. Please Adjust upcoming 11.7 plant in pvz2 DoomShroom 2th stage range because its second form range 3x3 is the completely same...
