Ads buttons disappearing or greyed out

There are three ads buttons from the PVZ2 menu, one is for gems, one is for coins and one is for gauntlets. They used to disappear sometimes in past but would reappear if the game is closed and re-started. Recently this seems to be happening a lot more frequent now. Just wondering if this is a location related issue, has anyone experience this problem?

@eieio_31310 It was probably because you were in Germany.
For some reasons, EA can't use in-game ads in Germany 🤨

I used to have this problem around midnight (i think ads would reset then) now they don't grey out but the buttons disappear completely after about 10 then return a few hours later in dribs and drabs. Just before they vanish the ad button drops down noticeably slower.

It got worse today. The game keeps dropping out after something is completed, be it with an advertisment or an adventure game. I am not really looking forward to try Battlez when my next free play appears.

I agree with Magic that the Buttons use to refresh at Midnight but for the past three weeks only the FREE coins ADS button has been working for my system.
The FREE Gauntlets gave me the chance to try and figure out how to improve my chances against stronger opponnets....
FREE Gems were helpful for getting more Gauntlets or packets seeds to boost plant capability.

I created a new profile and lo and behold the FREE Gems and FREE Gauntlets were there at midnight !!
That makes me suspect that my account has been manipulated rather than a game bug...
