Since yesterday - 10/28/19 - I am either unable to watch ads to get gens, coins, gauntlets, Pinata party re-play, etc. or I get maybe 1 ad an hour. Any idea what's going on?

Ads are still malfunctioning, if i try the second pinata party it will work unless the word relax ad is on then it just blinks back to loading screen without me playing replay.
Also ads are not reloading as they should, the banners aren't dropping or if they do it takes a long time despite jumping back and forth to the loading screen.
EA HELP are giving me their usual service (none).
I have the same problem for 2 days (android phone). What I did : Go to Setting => App => Googleplay Service then clean the cache. Ads is back for now
Tried that and it worked once, reinstalling worked once as well.
Its funny~~~~ my android phone has no problem whatsoever with ads and the ads quickly appear once i open the game. However my bluestacks one is a teeny bit slower these few days but still working absolutely fine.
From this morning the ads for gems/ gauntlets seem to be working normally and dropping down as they should BUT ads are appearing when i open the arena screen, which is something i simply do not find acceptable.
Like everyone else i don't like ads, but ad revenue is what EA has chosen as the way to go for the game to make money so i accept a certain level such as gems, coins, gauntlets for ads and if EA want me to watch more ads then they should put more ads for resources.
I think I'm going to complain to haem on reddit.
